The organ case is of Bass wood, stained to match the oak of the choir stalls.
The LIEBLICH BOURDON stop was added to the Swell Organ in 1917. In 1947 an electric blower was installed to replace the former hand operated blower. Also - the organ was cleaned, repaired and restored in 1959 at a cost of £300.

The organ was fully restored and cleaned in 1990 by Arthur Jones, Organ Maker of Deeside. The existing tracker action to the manuals was retained but the failing pneumatic pedal organ action was replaced by a modern electric action. The front display pipes were re-guilded.

The Dulciana and Clarinet stops on the Great organ were replaced by a 2 ft. fifteenth stop and a 2 rank mixture (19-22). Also a trumpet stop was added to the Great organ. The Swell Organ "Vox Angelica" was replaced by a bright 3 rank mixture (19.22.26). An 8ft. Bass Flute was added to the Pedal organ.

The organ is now considered to be one of the finest in the area and can be tried by making prior arrangements with the either the Vicar, Organist or the Church Wardens.
